Marrakech retreat · 4–7 December 2026 · MADAM
1. Booking and payment
A place at the Marrakech retreat (4–7 December 2026, 4 days and 3 nights) costs €1,799 per person and is secured in one of two ways:
- Full payment: €1,799.
- €500 deposit when booking, and the balance (€1,299) no later than 20 days before the start, that is, 14 November 2026.
Bookings made from 14 November onwards require full payment. MADAM confirms each place in writing after receiving payment. If the final payment is not received on time, MADAM may release the place and keep the deposit. Payment links are personal and non-transferable.
2. Cancellation by the client
The refund depends on when the cancellation is communicated in writing to hello@themadams.com:

If only the €500 deposit has been paid, that deposit is retained and no additional amount is claimed. Refunds are made through the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
3. Transfer of place
The client may transfer her place to another person at no cost, by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the start and giving the full name and contact details of the new participant. The person transferring remains responsible for any outstanding payment.
4. Cancellation by the organiser
If MADAM cancels the retreat, 100% of the amount paid is refunded within a maximum of 14 days.
5. What the retreat includes
- Return flights from the city of origin confirmed in writing.
- 3 nights in a private villa.
- Full board: all meals.
- Airport transfers.
- Pilates classes.
- Surprise experiences.
It also includes travel insurance arranged by MADAM for each participant. It does not include personal expenses, such as purchases or each participant's own extras. The full itinerary will be sent to each participant before the trip.
6. Conduct, liability and brand
- Group life: MADAM may exclude from the retreat, without refund, anyone who endangers the safety or atmosphere of the group.
- Health: participation in activities is voluntary and at each person's own responsibility. MADAM arranges travel insurance for each participant.
- Image: photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for MADAM's use. Anyone who does not wish to appear must say so in writing before the trip.
- Group privacy: images of other participants may not be published without their permission.
- Brand: the MADAM name, logo, itineraries, texts and images are the property of MADAM. Reproducing them or using them for commercial purposes without written authorisation is prohibited.
7. Personal data and acceptance
MADAM'S processes each participant's data only to manage the booking and communicate with her. To access, correct or delete it, write to hello@themadams.com. More information in the Privacy policy.
By paying the deposit or the full amount, the client declares that she has read and accepted these terms.
